LEARN while you make your own ROBOT MOTHERBOARD





    These photos show how easy it is to assemble our electronics.

    Our board is the only easily repairable system currently available making it perfectly suited for training where kids are likely to make a mistake sooner or later.

    It's so good we've not yet had one board come back with a problem!




    Our boards are laid out using CAD software, then made using a photo-chemical process, and precision drilled on a CNC machine.



    Our boards are formatted to fit into both the popular LEGO system (metric or millimetres) as well as MECCANO (imperial or inches)so hobbyists and professional developers with either system or their own...

    Each part is secured in place with clean solder.




    First in place are the lower profile parts like resistors.

    After the resistors come small ceramic/poly capacitors.

    Then the voltage regulator LM2940 5v in TO220 package with heatsink. Do not forget the silicon heat-conducting grease on the heatsink.

    This is the 24LC16B EEPROM memory chip...



    The EEPROM can easily be swapped with a small pair of pliers. Do not attempt the same with the PIC16F57 because the pins will break!
